RED LOBSTER® BRINGS BACK ENDLESS SHRIMP®
Orlando, Fla. (September 06, 2016) – Endless Shrimp is back at Red Lobster, giving shrimp fans the opportunity to enjoy as much shrimp as they want, any way they want. This year during Endless Shrimp, Red Lobster is offering five flavors and preparations of shrimp to choose from, including two new shrimp options – NEW! Parmesan Peppercorn Shrimp featuring hand-breaded shrimp topped with grated Parmesan and cracked black pepper, served with Meyer lemon aioli, and NEW! Garlic Sriracha-Grilled Shrimp featuring wood-grilled shrimp in a spicy Garlic Sriracha sauce.
During the event, guests can pick two of their favorite shrimp preparations to start, and then, when they’re ready, they can order additional shrimp preparations one at a time. This year’s Endless Shrimp lineup includes:
- NEW! Parmesan Peppercorn Shrimp
- NEW! Garlic Sriracha-Grilled Shrimp
- Hand-Crafted Shrimp Scampi
- Hand-Breaded Shrimp
- Shrimp Linguini Alfredo
“Our guests anticipate Endless Shrimp all year long. They love it because they are able to explore new flavors, while also still enjoying their classic favorites,” said Chef Dustin Hilinski, Executive Chef and Director of Culinary at Red Lobster. “This year, we’re excited to give them a twist on our popular hand-breaded shrimp by adding parmesan and peppercorn. And, for those that like a bit of heat, the Sriracha is a great option. There’s truly something for everyone.”
Ultimate shrimp fans can enjoy even more shrimp with their meal by selecting an appetizer, like the Signature Shrimp Cocktail. Guests can also complement their Endless Shrimp experience with seasonal sides, including NEW! Fresh Roasted Brussel Sprouts tossed in a light brown butter sauce and NEW! Whipped Sweet Potatoes topped with honey-roasted pecans.
Guests are invited to share their favorite Endless Shrimp creations on Red Lobster’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages. To view the complete Red Lobster menu, find a restaurant location or to join the Fresh Catch Club, visit Red Lobster’s website.
