Red Lobster Nation is our free rewards program that lets you earn points on eligible purchases and exchange those points for dollar-value rewards on future visits. Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases and can exchange their points for rewards that can be applied toward their next meal, giving them more flexibility and value every time they dine.
Red Lobster Nation is available to be used at all Red Lobster restaurants in the U.S. by all U.S. residents who are the age of majority in their home state (which is usually 18 years old). You can register online at WWW.REDLOBSTER.COM/REWARDS or download our app. Check the App Store and Google Play for the required supported versions of IOS and Android Operating systems.

No, if you were a My Red Lobster Rewards member you will automatically be enrolled in Red Lobster Nation.
If you receive emails from Red Lobster on a regular basis but have not yet completed your profile to earn points and rewards, you are a Red Lobster eClub member. However, to receive points towards rewards and other perks, you will need to register online to become a member of Red Lobster Nation at WWW.REDLOBSTER.COM/REWARDS or download our app.
You'll earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases at Red Lobster. Points are not earned on purchases of alcohol, gift cards, taxes, delivery fees, or gratuity.
If you're dining in one of our restaurants, you can earn points by either:
- Scanning your receipt using the Red Lobster app, or
- Sign in to your account at RedLobster.com and enter the 12-digit code printed on your receipt in the Earn Points section.
Points are typically added to your account within 24 hours. Once you've accumulated enough points, you can exchange your points for a reward. Your selected reward will then appear in your Wallet and can be redeemed on a future eligible visit.
Please note:
- A receipt can only be submitted once.
- You may submit up to two receipts within a 24-hour period.
- Receipts must be submitted within 30 days of your visit.
You can exchange your points for dollar-value rewards starting at 100 points for a $10 reward. You can also continue earning and saving your points to exchange for higher-value rewards whenever you're ready. Once you exchange your points, your selected reward will appear in your Wallet and can be redeemed on a future eligible visit.
Rewards may be applied to eligible purchases, excluding gift cards, taxes, gratuity, alcohol, and any items where prohibited by law.
Rewards can be redeemed at any U.S. Red Lobster location either dine-in or To go. Not valid for third party delivery or catering.
Yes. You may redeem multiple earned rewards on a single check. Your birthday reward may also be combined with exchanged dollar-value rewards. Promotional offers cannot be combined with exchanged dollar-value rewards, and only one promotional offer may be redeemed per check.
Points will expire 365 days after they are earned. Points earned will be extended by an additional 365 days if you have $30 in qualifying purchases in the rolling 365 days after the initial purchase.
Points that were exchanged for dollar-value rewards will expire 60 days after the exchange. Your birthday Reward will be valid for 30 days after issuance. Offer expiration will vary, please check the details of each offer for expiration.

Absolutely! Members that sign up for Red Lobster Nation 10 days prior to their birthday and include their birth date will receive a special birthday reward. If you didn’t, you can add it to your profile on the Account screen in the app. The birthday reward will be issued 7 days before your birthday.
Definitely. On the app’s Scan Receipt screen, tap “Enter Manually” and enter the 12 characters below the QR code on your receipt. Or, you can log into your account at WWW.REDLOBSTER.COM/REWARDS and go to the “My Rewards” page to enter the QR code. Your points will be in your account within 24 hours.
